Samuel is an accomplished Managing Director of Sigma Immobili Limited, a distinguished consulting firm specializing in infrastructure and engineering solutions, bringing a quintessential depth of expertise to the table. With an impressive 18 years of professional experience in the engineering and construction industry, Samuel has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in a multitude of roles. His extensive background encompasses project management, contract administration, cost planning and management, procurement advisory, claims management, and commercial management.
His commitment to professional excellence is evidenced by his rigorous educational pursuits. He obtained a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, United Kingdom, in 2012, and completed a construction claims course from the Project Management Institute, Tenstep (U) Ltd Registered Education Provider, in 2021. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, earned in 2004.
